Thicker and with a larger wrench size than standard (Finished Pattern) Monel 400 Hex Nuts. Manufactured to Mil-S-1222H, Amendment 3, Type III, Style B and ASTM F467. Chemical and physical reports are available upon request at no charge.
Monel, an alloy invented by International Nickel Co, is basically composed of 2/3 Nickel and 1/3 Copper. Monel has excellent corrosion resistance against salt water and in high temperatures.
